What We Do
Sun Equity acquires performing and non-performing mortgage notes secured by real estate across the United States. We source notes directly from sellers, estates, and financial institutions, negotiating acquisitions at a discount to face value. Each note is held as a collateral-backed asset with clearly defined terms.
How We Work with Private Lenders
We work with a select group of private lenders who provide capital for specific note acquisitions through individually structured loan arrangements. Each transaction is documented with a promissory note and a pledge of collateral, with clearly defined repayment terms negotiated directly between the parties. We do not offer securities, operate pooled investment funds, or solicit the general public. Sun Equity is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer.
